Episode 01: An Introduction to Deathbed Discs

Welcome to the very first episode of Deathbed Discs. This project has been a long time coming and I’m so happy to be able to finally share this with everyone. I’ll keep this brief as the intro explains the real reason we’re here, however, what I will say, is that the main crux of Deathbed Discs, is to marry my love for talking about Death and music.

A play on the iconic Desert Island Discs, I ask my guests to bring five songs that they want played at their funeral. The idea is to get people talking more openly about their own death, and death and grief in general.

I really hope that someone, somewhere will benefit from these honest and fun conversations. At the end of the day that is the most important thing.
